Refund and Revision Policy

At Glow Flux Inc., we deliver highly customized digital marketing, website development, and management services. Because our services require significant manual labor, strategic planning, and digital asset allocation from day one, we enforce a strict no-refund policy. However, we are fully committed to your satisfaction through our structured revision process.

1. No-Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Glow Flux Inc. does not offer cash refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks for any completed milestones, monthly retainers, setup fees, or website deployment costs.
  • Ad Spend Non-Refundable: Any budget paid directly to third-party ad networks (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is completely outside of our control and is non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Project Halts: If a client chooses to terminate a project or retainer mid-cycle, any funds already paid are forfeited and will not be refunded.

2. Revision Policy (Service Fulfillment)

While we do not offer refunds, we want to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with your goals. We address project adjustments strictly through the revision structure included in your purchased service plan:

  • Plan-Specific Revisions: Every project proposal and service tier states a specific number of allowed revision rounds (e.g., 2 rounds of design tweaks for Glow Sites, or ongoing ad copy optimizations for Flux Ads).
  • Scope of Revisions: Revisions must align with the original project brief outlined in your signed scope of work. Requests for entirely new features, design directions, or strategy overhauls that diverge from the original contract will be treated as a “Change Order” and billed separately.
  • Feedback Window: Clients must submit all revision requests in writing within 7 business days of receiving a deliverable. If no feedback is provided within this window, the deliverable will be considered approved and finalized.
